Smoked Cheeseburgers

1.Pre heat Canadian Grill to 190C for 15 minutes.

2. Add burgers to Canadian Grill and cook 4 minutes one side.

3. Flip burger and cook for a further 2 minutes next side.

4. Add cheese to the top of burgers and cook for  2 more mins then pull out when internal temp is how you like it

Rare

120 - 125 F

 

Medium Rare  

130 - 135 F

 

Medium 

140 - 145 F

 

Medium Well

150 - 155 F 

 

Well Done

160 - 165 F 

 

Minimum safe temperature 160 F
